Privacy Policy

AppFactory ("we") respects the privacy of everyone who uses AICheck ("the Service") and complies with applicable data protection laws.

The Service has no sign-up. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other information that directly identifies you.

1. Information we collect

Device identifier — a random string generated by the app on your device. It is used only to keep track of your credit balance and usage. It does not identify you personally.
Files submitted for analysis — images, videos, or audio you select, or media downloaded from a link you paste.
Advertising identifier — collected by Google AdMob to serve ads.
Service logs — request timestamps and error logs kept on our server.

2. How we use it

To return AI-generation, deepfake, and synthetic-voice analysis results
To manage free trials and credit balances
To diagnose errors and improve the Service
To display advertising

3. Third parties and international transfer

To provide the Service, information is transferred outside your country as follows.

Hive AI (United States) — files submitted for analysis, sent for the purpose of AI-generation detection. The transfer occurs only while the analysis is being processed.
Google AdMob (United States) — advertising identifier and device information, for the purpose of serving ads.

You may refuse this transfer, but the analysis features will not be available if you do.

4. Retention and deletion

Files submitted for analysis — deleted from our server as soon as the analysis finishes. They are not stored or used for any other purpose.
Analysis results — kept for a limited period so the same content is not analysed twice. The original file is not included.
Credits and usage — kept against the device identifier for as long as you use the Service.
Server logs — kept for up to three months for troubleshooting, then deleted.

5. Your rights

You may request access to or deletion of your information. Copy your device ID from the app's settings screen and send it to the contact address below and we will handle your request.

Deleting the app breaks the link to your device identifier. Note that any credits held on that device may not be recoverable afterwards.

6. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

7. Security

All traffic between the app and our server is encrypted with HTTPS. Files submitted for analysis are deleted immediately after processing to keep stored data to a minimum.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will post the effective date and the nature of the change on this page.
